($250.00)

• One set of 3 or 4 foot pillars.
• One set of large floral arrangements to sit on pillars (arrangements include greenery and ivory/white flowers with color coordinated accents) or two tall glass candle holders with ivory/white pillar candles.
• One standard candelabra set (three styles to choose from with color coordinated accents).
• One candelabrum lighter.
• Two pew decorations (choice of:  ivory/white flower pomander ball, white satin pew cone with ivory/white flowers, either with color coordinated bow or single color coordinated bow.
• One aisle runner.

Church Wedding Package #2

• Two sets of pillars (one set 3 foot and one set 4 foot).

Church Wedding Package #3

• Two sets of pillars (one set 3 foot and one set 4 foot).
• Addition pillar for either unity candle or unity sand (bride and groom to provide colored sand and keepsake container for combined sand).  Unity candle set or individual sand containers provided.
• Two sets of large floral arrangements to sit on pillars (arrangements include greenery and ivory/white flowers with color coordinated accents) or four tall glass candle holders with ivory/white pillar candles.
• One standard candelabra set (three styles to choose from with color coordinated accents) or one set of specialty candelabras (chose from Riviera, angel wing, spiral, large fan – subject to availability).
• One candelabrum lighter.
• Six pew decorations (choice of:  ivory/white flower pomander ball, ivory/white satin pew cone with ivory/white flowers, either with color coordinated bow or single color coordinated bow.

Outdoor Wedding Package #6

• One large white round top decorated Garden Arch – white tulle/fabric, greenery and colored coordinated ribbon or draping white fabric canopy with greenery and color coordinated accents (with lights if electric is available).
• Two rows of white tulle on metal hangers with color coordinated bows (with lights if electric is available).
• Six white tulle chair bows (for center aisle chairs).
• Two 4 foot topiaries with ivory/white flowers (with lights if electric is available).
• Pillar for either unity candle or unity sand (bride and groom to provide colored sand and keepsake container for combined sand).  Unity candle set or individual sand containers provided.
• Set of garden candle lanterns.
• Large greenery package (six green silk plants in containers).
• Aisle Runner.

Individual items can be added to each wedding package based on the following prices:

• Small Greenery Package $25 (four containers with silk plants).
• Large Greenery Package $35 (six containers with silk plants).
• Unity Candle or Unity Sand with pillar $25 (bride and groom to provide colored sand and keepsake container for combined sand).  Unity candle set or individual sand containers provided.
• Pillars $15 each.
• Topiary $30 pair or substitute at no charge for a set of pillars.
• Tall Victorian planter with silk greenery and silk flowers $30 pair.
• Set of three garden candle lanterns $20.
• Substitute decorated white fabric canopy for garden arch add $100.

 Reception Packages

Reception Package #1

($250)

• Head table – glass votives with tea light candles across the front of table.
• Bouquet holders (fasten to the front of table for bride/bridesmaid bouquets to become part of table décor).
• Cake table – four glass votives with tea light candles surrounding cake.
• Guestbook/registration table – Small candle or floral arrangement.
• Gift table – small decorated bird cage or white satin card box.
• Guest tables - 8 large or 12 small centerpieces (large centerpiece (options include – tall pillars with candles and greenery, tall vases with branches or tall white Eiffel tower vases with silk greenery)…small centerpieces (options include - glass vases with your choice of candles or flowers or small candle set).   Color coordinated accents (options: ribbon, flower petals, table square, etc) will be included with either centerpiece choice.

Reception Package #2

• Guestbook/registration table – large candle or floral arrangement and small easel for personal picture.
• Gift table – small decorated bird cage or white satin card box with greenery.
• Guest tables -  10 large or 14 small centerpieces (large centerpiece (options include – tall pillars with candles and greenery, tall vases with branches or tall white Eiffel tower vases with silk greenery)…small centerpieces (options include - glass vases with your choice of candles or flowers or small candle set).   Color coordinated accents (options: ribbon, flower petals, table square, etc) will be included with either centerpiece choice.

Reception Package #3

• Head table will have white fabric table linens and white fabric table skirting.
• Bouquet holders (fasten to the front of table for bride/bridesmaid bouquets to become part of table décor).
• Cake table – six glass votives with tea light candles and color coordinated accents.  Use of cake knife and server.
• Use of silver champagne bucket and champagne glasses for bridal party.
• Guestbook/registration table – Large candle or floral arrangement and small easel for personal picture.
• Gift table – large decorated bird cage or white satin card box with additional greenery.
• Guest tables -  10 large or 14 small centerpieces (large centerpiece (options include – tall pillars with candles and greenery, tall vases with branches or tall white Eiffel tower vases with silk greenery)…small centerpieces (options include - glass vases with your choice of candles or flowers or small candle set).   Color coordinated accents (options: ribbon, flower petals, table square, etc) will be included with either centerpiece choice

• White sheer backdrop (with lights if electric is available) $10 per foot.
• Front of table (head, cake or gift table) draped with tulle (with lights if electric is available) $15 per 8 foot section.
• Additional large centerpieces $15 each with color coordinated accents.  
• Additional small centerpieces $10 each with color coordinated accents.
• 13 inch beveled edge centerpiece mirror $1 each.
• 8 large covered apothecary jars with metal  scoops for candy buffet $25.
• Large silver plated antique punchbowl $15.
• Large hanging white Chinese lanterns $5 each (sufficient method to hang required).    
• Hanging white metal stars $5 each (sufficient method to hang required).   
• 5 foot tall topiary fichus tree $12 each (with lights if electric is available).
• Substitute large bird cage (for cards) for the small bird cage add $10.

All packages include set up and tear down within a 25 mile range of Grant.  For events over 25 miles from Grant, an additional 40 cents per mile charge will apply.

A $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of event booking.  Final table numbers and payment are due 2 weeks prior to event. A $50 security deposit is also due with final payment.
